Art for the Hungry.

Behind DARTINA GRÁFICA we have Dartina Gómez (1985 – Granada – Spain), a cartoonist, curious and creative Andaluza, Motrileña de Motril (Granada) resident in Madrid. Since she was a child, Dartina has been able to absorb the delicate and artistic sensibility of her mother: poet and daily creative, her sister: graduated in Art History and interior designer and her father: draftsman of the land of the Costa Tropical. All this, together with his unstoppable desire to create, transform and learn what he likes, has been taking it through different artistic disciplines such as: artistic photography, advertising graphics, graphic design and illustration.

In 2015 she began her studies in illustration at L’Escola de la Dona in Barcelona, concluding the four years of formal training there. During this time and after it, she has been taught both in school and in different workshops such as: Rebeca Luciani, Diego Mallo, Inge Nouws, Jan Barceló, Roger Olmos, among others. Today, her professional and personal training is performed by her as needed in freelance jobs, own creations or commissioned or simply to continue linked to what attracted her from them. In addition, she is the creator of the “dARTirtulias”: art and creativity gatherings with her and several live talk shows on her Instagram and IGTv channel: @dartinagráfica. With them he has created a beautiful community and a monthly audiovisual content of free reproduction in Spanish-speaking of great value.

She has participated in several collective exhibitions, calls and projects both in Granada and in Barcelona:

– HUMANIMALES. Ilustración para el cartel de la exposición colectiva: Humanimales organizada por el grupo “Ilustradas”. Centro Cívico Torre Llobeta (Ayto. Barcelona). Septiembre 2016.
