As is customary in each year Casa Decor changes headquarters and this year the building chosen is the “Casa de Tomás Allende” at number 3 of the Plaza de Canalejas corner with Carrera de San Jerónimo. Built in a “regionalist” style between 1916 and 1920, it was designed by the Cantabrian architect Leonardo Rucabado and completed by the architects Ramiro Saiz Martínez and Pedro Cabello Maíz for the sudden death of Rucabado.
