Why can artists exhibit their works for free in Horno?

Because we are a platform that seeks to give visibility and opportunities to artists so that they can enter the art market and live from it.

 

Can I find the artworks sold by Horno in another online shop or establishment?

We offer exclusivity. So our artworks are only available in our on-line shop. If you find any of our works on another website or establishment, we would be grateful if you could inform us to take the appropriate legal action.

 

How do I know that the copies of the Photographs are authentic?

When the copy is sold through our platform the copy has a double certification:

1-The copy carries a stamp of authenticity of HORNO on the back side where the artist is specified, project, title, measurements, copy number, technique and year of realization.

In addition, it will be signed by the author. But, if it is not possible due to the location of the artist, it will be signed by the legal representative of HORNO.

2-When you receive the copy at your home, it is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity that certifies the authenticity of it, with all the timely information of it.

 

When the copy is sold directly by the artist, the artist will let you know what his way of doing it is. It is normal to sign it and give you a Certificate of Authenticity too.

 

Could I know the exact color of a part of the photograph or background?

Sure, if you send us an email to info@horno.eu indicating the name of the work and the artist, we will answer you with the corresponding Pantone as soon as possible.

 

Are the colors I see on my screen real?

If you are viewing our website on a screen that is not calibrated correctly you may see the colors a little distorted, depending on the device you are using. If you need to know an exact color it is better to read the question above.

 

Can I order a copy in a custom size?

No, unless HORNO says so. Available sizes are as specified in each item.

If there is any customizable work it will be indicated, except that it cannot be returned, as indicated in our sales policy.

 

Do the photographs have the frame included?

The frame is not included in any case, since you will receive them rolled up in a perfectly packed tube, unless otherwise indicated.

 

How long does it take to get home the work?

It will be specified in each work. But, the normal thing is that we send it in 2 or 3 days maximum if it is finished work (unique pieces) and if we have to reproduce it as the case of the majority of the Photographs will take from 7 to 10 days according to the workload of the Laboratory. We will inform you of the process by email.

 

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

Of course you do, you have 14 calendar days to do it since you receive it at home. The way to do it is specified in the Conditions of Sale.

 

If I have any problems during the purchase process, what should I do?

Simply, you have to write us to atcliente@horno.eu and we will solve it as soon as possible.

 

How many copies are made of each photograph?

The number of copies is specified when you select a Photograph and choose a size. Just below the price are indicated the maximum number of copies, depending on the size and as agreed with the artist. No additional extra copies will be added. Guaranteed by HORNO.

 

What is a P/A copy?

It is a copy that the artist makes on a support as a test to see if he likes it. It does not always match the support finally chosen for the Series. That’s why it’s called Author’s Test. This usually happens in reproducible works in Series such as Photography, Engravings, Etchings, Lithographs…

 

I am an artist and I would like to sell my artworks in Horno. What do I have to do?

It is very simple, you just have to go to our section ARTIST: WORK WITH US and follow the steps indicated.

 

Horno sells in my country?

Currently, we sell in more than 40 countries around the world. We are working to reach anywhere in the world.

If when you place your order, your country does not appear as an option, contact us through the email atcliente@horno.eu and we will tell you if the sale in your country will be available soon or not.

 

If I shop from outside Europe ( European Economic Community) will I have to pay any extra costs or any customs expenses?

Outside of the EEC you do not have to pay TAXES (IVA or VAT is a tax for EEC countries).

In your country it will depend on the regulations in force.

If you have any doubts, it is best to ask at the customs office in your city.
