Once the purchase has been completed and the payment has been made, your order will be activated. If you make a Bank Transfer as a payment method, the order management will be done at the time of receiving the charge in our account.

If you have paid with Paypal or Card, the payment will be made at the end of the purchase and your order will be started.

Some banks may show pre-authorization and a subsequent real charge. This amount will be unlocked automatically. If not, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.
